  • Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent so you can easily monitor its delivery.

  • Sometimes packages are mistakenly marked as delivered while the carrier is loading their truck for the day. They typically arrive within 24–48 hours. If your package hasn’t arrived by then, please reach out and we’ll be glad to help.

  • We want you to love your products! For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase. If your order arrives damaged or you have an issue, please reach out and we’ll make it right.

  • Coming Soon: A Gentle Line for Kids & Babies
    We’re in the process of creating a safe, natural line specially for little ones. While all of our products are made with clean ingredients, we recommend consulting your child’s healthcare provider if you have any concerns. For infants, our upcoming baby line will be formulated without essential oils—super gentle, simple, and safe.

  • We’re not currently available in retail locations, but we’re continually exploring opportunities that allow us to maintain fair pricing while delivering the freshest, highest-quality products.

  • Our organic beef tallow is sourced from a local, grass-fed farm, ensuring the highest quality and nutrients for your skin.
